At Surf Lisbon, group never means crowded. Group lessons are the best balance between fun, safety and progression — especially if you’re new to surfing, traveling solo, or simply want to share the experience with others.

Every day, we choose the best spot based on your level, swell, wind, tides, and safety conditions. We use comfortable vans to pick you up and take you surfing around the best beaches in Cascais, Lisbon and Costa de Caparica areas.

Before booking, have a look on these:
Do I need experience?
Nope! Beginners are welcome every day. We divide groups according to level. No chaos, no mixing. You surf with people at your level, progress together, and still get personal coaching in the water.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, towel, sunscreen. We handle the rest.
How does the transfer service works?
Optional (but recommended) transfer service from the city centre to the beach and return for an extra 10€. We arrange this service so the group can start the lesson and bound straight away.
Where is the meeting point in Lisbon?
Meeting point outside Hotel Fénix Lisboa (Praça Marquês de Pombal, 8). Look for the white vans with our logo.
who can use the transfer service?
We offer the transfer to the beach for surfers and non-surfers (surfer´s friends, family, partners, for example).
What if I don’t need the transfer?
No worries, 10€ will be deducted from the final price. Head to our booking system and select surf lesson without transfer. Or contact us.
